Winners will be drawn once per day, VIP upgrades will be given in 5 sets of pairs (so you don't get lonely). Upgrade requires regular festival ticket to enter festival, upgrade will happen at the festival at 'Guest List' box once you have exchanged your regular ticket for a festival wristband.
